Welcome to the Highliner Hotel!
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you read and adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Check-In and Check-Out Policies
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Early Check-In (subject to availability): From 1:00 PM
Late Check-Out (subject to availability): Until 1:00 PM
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee: USD $30.00
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Property and Cancellation Policies
Full Charge – If cancelled within 24 hours of arrival
No Charge – If cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival
Non-Smoking Policy
The Highliner Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind—including tobacco, vaping, or recreational substances—is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public spaces. A designated smoking area is located at the back of the hotel.
Guests found violating this policy will be charged a
$500 cleaning fee per incident to restore the room to a smoke-free condition.
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if this policy is breached.
Payment and Cancellation
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
Cash transactions are not accepted.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and to avoid disturbing the comfort and safety of others.
Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted. The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises without a refund if such behavior occurs.
All guests aged 21 years or older staying under the reservation must be listed on the reservation. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your stay.
Property Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
The Highliner Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We encourage guests to use in-room safes or other secure storage options.
Pets
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals in compliance with ADA regulations. Please notify the hotel prior to arrival if you are traveling with a service animal.
Parking
On-site parking is available for registered guests at no additional cost.
The hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles parked on the property.
Environmental Commitment
As part of our commitment to sustainability, daily housekeeping is provided only upon request. Please inform the front desk if you would like your room serviced.
Anchorage-Specific Regulations
Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws during their stay.
The use of recreational substances on hotel property is strictly prohibited.
